Align: Day 18 Honoring Ancestors

It’s been an interesting sadhana for me as I deliberately go into this honoring of my ancestors. They bring messages and free energy.

They also seem to bring fellow travelers to me so I can help with this same type of work, but that is another story and one I cannot tell here.

More than any other cycle or practice I’ve done, this seems to be the most potent for shift. It’s like they are all in the background doing some sort of celebratory dance that I’ve finally gotten on board and given them a portal to work through.

I’m freeing energy that has kept me bound and confused…just by being willing and asking them to help me. I cannot do this alone, I say.

I went deep into the heart of the heart of the heart and asked them to help me.

I don’t even know who they are.
