First, the practicalities:

It’s a beautiful day for Reiki workshop. Of course, it will be online and 24-hour replay link for those in the Wisdom Sanctuary Membership so make sure you try to hop on and learn more about Reiki: 1pm

And, the Yoga Sanctuary is open for all from 11:30-12:45 (even if you are not in the Reiki workshop), to come commune, drink tea and engage in an energy-freeing practice for me (or do your own practice). You’ll have more and more of these opportunities to hop in to free or donation classes…but if no one comes, they will fade away. It will be up to demand for these classes to happen.

The Monday 11am online class this week will be Friday 11am instead. Happy ❤ to all of you. I’ll be visiting my parents and BFF tomorrow.
