Well, here it is. We are officially in the 15th lunar day on the waxing cycle of the Moon = Full Moon. The official exact degree happens at 7:52am tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.
Full Moon = full ojas = full potential = full manifestation.
But of what?
This is not the full moon where we put out our crystals to infuse them with the good stuff. Save that for another month.
Jyeshtha nakshatra in Scorpio is about much more practical things. Jyeshtha means, the eldest, the senior-most, the one with authority. And the exact degree happens at the tail-end of Scorpio, where the stinger is. We call this gandanta, or knot, and it is where a water sign turns into a fire sign.
Moon is debilitated here in this house of Scorpio so it’s not a “feel good” moon for most of us. But that’s ok. It’s informing us of something.
This cycle some of us have been working on creating new habits. We’ve planted seeds and done some inner landscaping. Created sankalpa/intention and now is the time to trust and plant that sankalpa deep in the heart of your heart, knowing you are supported.
Additionally, the ruler of Scorpio, Mars, is in Pisces, the 5th house from the moon which is a house of past merit earned, and with Jupiter, a great benefic. Having both of these 5th house is additional support of this intention, powerful support.
And the rising start at this time is Punarvasu, the return of the light. Nothing is lost forever with Punarvasu, we are always able to regain wholeness, even when things feel dark and gloomy. It’s the new, colorful dawn after a stormy night.
Go to sleep with your intention and wake up with your intention. So be it.
