The Moon is officially in Magha and new/moon tithi, with exact degree at 4:17am eastern time.
Just a few things to note… those of you with strong Magha influences, I’ve been hearing your struggles and yearnings. Just hang in there. The best remedy is sadhana (practice) and moksha (surrender). Co-participating with karma IS the solution. This is one of the main Vedic principles of right-living.

Me too. I’ve been on the struggle bus this week with a couple of scary falls to kinda snap me into the present moment and into taking responsibility and aligning with release and surrender (vs. being a victim… it will still creep in from time to time).
Just a little interesting 411…. Donald Trump’s rising star is Magha. He also has Mars with Magha - his first house. (Remember his motto, MAGA, lol - we cannot make this up.) Anyway, Magha means the mighty, the magnificent, the mega - which are all ways Mr. Trump identifies himself. With Mars here, that makes is amplified 1000 times. Magha is a magnificent star which has to do with our ancestors and the past. He really has a fascinating chart and I’ve spoken about it before somewhere in the past so I won’t revisit it today.
I would say with this new/dark moon, the phrase “Pride Before The Fall” sums up the energy perfectly for what he is and has being going through. Mars in the 1st house makes someone particularly prideful but with it being in Magha, that is just crazy strong

which is one of the reasons so many people identify with him. They want what they don’t have. They idolize it. He has enough to make them feel that it rubs off on them.
But The Donald is in his Jupiter planetary period which is ruled by Chitra, the bright diamond in the sky but also the shattering of illusions.
This may be the shattering as literally right as the Moon went into Magha, the documents were released.
Someone is dealing with a shattering of illusion around Trump, either he and his fans or his haters.
Time will tell. Time in the Vedic context is destruction…either way.
