It dawned on me yesterday how supportive the astrology is with this eclipse season for the autonomy and utter devotion and respect of the feminine.
Or the opposite.
We already know this is at play in our culture and around the world (Iran comes to mind as well as many others).
I’m not here to debate the black or the white of it. It is what it is. You have your viewpoints and I have mine. I’m just sharing the astrology and what I’m witnessing from this place I’m in.
As mentioned last week, the eclipse season is happening in the signs of Libra (diplomacy) and Aries (righteousness). The solar eclipse was two days ago and the lunar eclipse will be on election day, November 8th and I’ll talk about that more next week (be sure to subscribe).
I want to talk about these days leading up to the November 8th, mostly with curiosity and hope.
Yesterday almost five of the nine planets (used in Jyotisha) were in Libra: Moon, Mercury, Sun, Venus, Ketu and now the Moon has moved to Scorpio. Remember, wherever planets are transiting, it can be waking up karma to be reckoned with. This was Libra which is ruled by Venus and will have Venetian values, but also this sign is the center of the zodiac and can be the diplomat.
The moon is now headed to Bharani/Aries where it will be with Rahu (radical/agenda) for a lunar eclipse. This is election day. The main symbol of Bharani is a womb, the place of birthing something into fruition.
You connect the dots, I’ve drawn the map. One way or the other, the time is here and your job is to vote.
Regarding the respect and complete care for women, I witnessed such an amazing conversation between two men yesterday that shared the most amazing shift in how women are seen, accepted and cherished. I have a strong hunch things are changing. Bit. By. Bit.
In a democracy, all elections are important, but this one is especially important because the fate of our democracy is truly on the line. I know that this election is the most important one in my lifetime, because it will surely impact the results of the next one in 2024. Women, (and men) please vote like your life depends upon it...because it does.
