I’ve long yearned to walk labyrinths.
Maybe this is one of those things that followed me into this life.
Most of you probably don’t know this about me, even my mother. But some of you do and have travelled with me to see labyrinths.
This life’s journey has felt like the journey into the heart of a labyrinth, and within that journey have been fractals within fractals of miniature labyrinth journeys.
(I once tried to get a community labyrinth installed at Gobbler’s Point with my friend Jenny, aka Bodhi Deva Ma, to no avail.)

Labyrinths mean different things to different people and have long been around. The archetype of a labyrinth points to a journey of the most intimate discovery and transformation and then an embodiment of said discovery through the alchemy of transformation.
Practically speaking, it is a meditation tool. There is only one way in to one destination and then one way out, retracing your footsteps.
At the doorstep, you lay down your worries and establish a heartfelt intention. Then you take your mindful journey, one step in front of the next until you reach the innermost chamber where you rest for a bit and listen to the heart of the matter. Then, retrace your steps with this new awareness, with each footstep embedding this information into your cellular structure and transforming it to (ideally) knowledge or wisdom, leading you back to this new present moment.
A transformational breathwork session with a skillfully guided meditation is a sort of labyrinth where we journey through the labyrinth spiral, unlocking layers of deeply held tension and blockages until we get to the center, where we journey into the deepest heart space and listen to our innermost desires. As we return home (the heroine’s journey) back to this moment in time, we bring with us our insights that only our psychology can provide.
Solar eclipses are powerful times and windows of heightened spiritual energy, offering unique opportunities for reflection, transformation, and connection with the divine. During an eclipse, something is being eclipsed: The Sun, The Moon (the light of the archetypal masculine and feminine energies within us) by one of the lunar nodes, in this event it is Rahu, the north node of the moon, known for his obsessions for chaos and smoke. On March 29th, 2025, this eclipse takes on a much larger meaning as Venus, Mercury, Neptune and later in the day Saturn are all in the sign of the eclipse, Pisces.
I’ve talk a lot over the last year about these Pisces (sidereal not tropical zodiac) eclipses and how this is a highly transformational time for our collective, in the United States, but also the entire Earth collective.
We are now less than a month away and we will continuously see events happening that we never could imagine would happen. Some of this makes the pandemic feel like child’s play (it was the preview).
There isn’t anything we can do about what nature and its rhythms have for us. The karma will unfold as karma does, and though no one knows the ways of karma, we can make some educated guesses.
The one thing we can do about these harsher realities being thrust into our foreground is face them directly. Co-participate with what is unfolding. Take our hits. Our lessons. Become humble (Saturn will ensure this).
On Saturday, March 29th, the morning of the eclipse, I am holding space for a very special event honoring the eclipse, this stellium of planets, and community.
We will practice a special meditation aligning us as a community to a higher vibration, then practice a labyrinth-inspired breathwork journey. As part of the integration process of reclaiming our inner light, we will make labryinths that we can use as a tool for our home practice meditation.
The spots for this IN-PERSON workshop are limited (I think I have about 10 or so available), so be sure to claim your place soon as I fully expect this class to be waitlisted.
For now, here are some of the labyrinths I’ve made to inspire you. (And know, if I can do this, you can do this. Supplies will be provided and yours to take home to complete.)

Jenn, I used the link you gave me to book an hour session with you, but there is no select button next to the option.
Yes, hold onto the center as you spiral through the transformational ride! Beautifully said, Jenn
